The Norwegian food authority has decided that if the are any operations that can damage the cleaner fish it has to be sorted out and handled properly in accordance with welfare before any operations can be processed. During these operations there are usually tight time schedule and therefore OK Marine has developed several types of equipment that makes the sorting much easier and that is gentle with both cleaner fish and other fish.
